I usually but my own twist on them since I’m a Primal-Paleo advocate. I have bookmark your site for future reference. Thank you so much for sharing this information with us.

Hi Elisa, i love your recipes especially your smoothies and juices, i have been looking for some interesting recipies and now i have found them, i will deffo be using them, im not really keen on kale but will give it a go.i have been trying to lose weight so hopefully this will help me.I am going to try all your recipes as i like to try all different foods so this will be very interesting for me to try.

It is helping clean my kidneys, I can tell it is working. Cool stuff. I didn’t start taking it for that reason, but it’s a nice benefit:)

  3. Super! I have bookmarked your site already and am excited to scroll through and make your recipes. I find that with my food intolerances, I run out of idea for healthy eating. Your recipes are simple enough for me to substitute ingredients and it will still be delicious.

    I look forward to more recipes you post and will check back often.
